I was referred to Blue Petal Weddings by friends who had previously booked their honeymoon through them. At first I was a bit skeptical about their services, I felt that I was pretty organized and that I could plan my wedding and coordinate the travel for my guests….boy was I wrong. When we had our consultation, there were so many details and aspects that I didn’t even think about! They definitely love what they do, and it makes them good at it. Everything was taken care of from A-Z, and I especially loved the fact that when I had a little “freak out” moment and called/emailed them, they handled it extremely well, was always calm and gave me great confidence that I was in good hands. Our wedding planner always gave us great inputs, always kept us up to date with what was going on and was always happy and calm even when I was having a fit (sorry!). I’m soooo thankful for the great efforts of the entire wedding designing team, lord knows they had to go to great lengths to get me and my guests (coming from different cities all over Canada) the best prices. Our wedding at the Paradisus Palm Beach was more than I could have asked for, the entire day felt like a dream. I still can’t believe I’m married!! I definitely recommend Blue Petal Destination Weddings as your wedding coordinator and travel agent, they will always go above and beyond to get the job done. Thank you!

My husband and I would like to thank Pam for helping us book an amazing honeymoon. Pam helped us for a few months on booking the best accommodation possible at the best price. We couldn’t decide if we wanted to get a butler or not but in the end we ended up getting one because Pam provided the most information as possible. We were very pleased with the butler and would totally do it again. The honeymoon was awesome we had everything we needed. The bar was fully stocked with the alcohol beverages we provided to Pam. Overall awesome honeymoon and we will totally be booking our next vacation with Pam!

I have nothing but good things to say about Blue Petal Weddings. I don’t live in Vancouver and was initially a little uncertain about working with a destination wedding specialist that was so far away; however, my mind was put at ease by the prompt responses to all of my e-mails (if not the same business day, then the next). When I first started to plan my wedding, I knew I wanted to go somewhere down south, and that it would be a very small, simple wedding (immediate family only). Becky had asked me to tell her a little about myself, and then delicately suggested that I didn’t really sound like much of a ‘resort person’; maybe I would prefer a different sort of venue? This is a bang-on assessment — I have been a backpacker/camper/hosteller for almost all of my travels, but I really thought that resorts were the only option available for a destination wedding venue. Based on her ideas, we ended up choosing to get married on the rooftop of the Hotel Parque Central in Havana, Cuba — a beautiful, historic hotel in Old Havana. It was the perfect venue for us, and for our families as well.

My husband and I went to Jamaica for our honeymoon. We stayed at the Sandals Grande Riviera. We had a blast! The resort itself is beautiful and big. The room we stayed in was beyond awesome, all thanks to Pam from Blue Petal Destination Weddings. She set us up with a wicked deal and we couldn’t have asked for more. The food and entertainment were unforgettable, there’s a beach party held on Fridays that you absolutely don’t want to miss. Overall my husband and I had an unforgettable experience and we will definitely be booking with Blue Petal again. And for a resort choice, Sandals is the way to go. What a beautiful paradise.
